A letter to all GMs from chinese legit players.

Hello all Gms, This is a letter from my clan, with 2 urgent issues.

PART 1: We've got an urgent problem.

I suppose you all must be very familiar with 'why my account was banned for no reseason?' well, I personally very respect your work and I do agree some cheaters were trying to pretend innocent. but, can any of you say 'I can promise every player I banned was illegal/had broken rules.' ?

See, We are not doubting on Gm's work, but we do feel helpless and upset when this happen to us, especially when we know ourselves were/are legit. Here is the story, 7 players(all lvl 80+) in my clan(NeverSayGoodBye, Orc, Server Top Ranking 1, Server G) have been banned in a short period. We did try customer server team, the replies and results could be guess. Seriously, this has effected on our confidence on you, and we need explainations and help.

PART 2:Here is a suggestion.

When there was a 'report' option in right click list, I was so exciting, coz I thought k0xpers+cheaters would be soon disappeared. I was almost totally wrong, coz I could still see k0xpers in these clans 'BlueThundeR' (CZ K0XP CLAN,TPT everyday since long time ago) and 'TheHumanBodyShow'(RLB clan, already some time) and 'RoyalDomination'(dunno where they maily play, but already exist long time) online all the time ,includes k0xp archers, mages, priests, really many, almost whole clan! I used to report a lot of them, but I found nothing happened. After discussion with other clan leaders, I decided not doing that any more, and I believe you don't receive many reports as well now, yeah? I could only say the original idea was good, but the result is disappointing. Based on this issue, I've got a good suggestion to turn it back, and I believe this could help.

It is Reward. 1 or 2 knight cash for 1 k0xper, if the k0xper was approved. It is not a big reward, but I believe this could work, a high rate reported player would receive an investigation, then action.
Think it over, in a further view, your promotion team would be more professional.
