Account Linking

Greetings Knights, As of May 20th, we have re-activated the account linking option for Knight Online. To link your Knight Online account to a Gamersfirst account you will need to know the Secret Question and Answer to your Knight Online account. This is to increase account security for all Knight Online accounts. However, if your account ID contains special characters and/or account has too many letters, you were not able to link it over to a GamersFirst account. We have found a solution to link those accounts into Gamersfirst. For players who have special characters in their account ID's we will be manually moving two characters from each of your accounts to a new account. Here are the requirements needed: . You will need to submit a customer support ticket . You must verify that you are the real owner of the account . You need to create one character on the server that you want the character transferred to . We will only be transferring two characters from an old account to a new account Note: The character on the new account must be the same nation as the characters on your old account. Once we have all this information, we will be able to transfer two characters from an old account to a new account.
