Account already in use

I got dcd a couple hours ago and every time I try to log in I get a box saying my character account is already in use and asking if i would like to cancel the current connection. I click ok and the box just pops up again. This has been going on for a couple hours. Anyone have any idea whats going on or what I can do to fix this?
