If you have a blue screen issue that continues even after the last patch, please submit the following information to Korlash via PM so that we can fix this issue. This issue is high priority for the developer.
1) Minidump file - A minidump file is created when you experience a blue screen. You can download the file on your computer at: c:\windows\minidump. Please upload the file to a safe location on the internet so that we can share it with the developer for further investigation. Please make sure the minidump file was created after the most recent patch, otherwise it won’t be helpful.
2) Operating System
3) Anti-Virus Software
4) Other Programs Running
5) What were you doing when you experienced the blue screen?
All information above is required and critical for us fixing this. I appreciate everyone who takes the time to do this as ultimately it will result in a fix for this troublesome issue.
