Buying merchant scam

Don't know whether this is the wright place to report cheating or not, i am posting it here coz the cheater is right now running his scam in Xigneon1 as of now.

His name is " Aheey " from the clan "HowMuch" .

Scam : he asked me what my enion bow +? , i replied +1 rebirth , then he said i turk satylyk i said no , then he offerd me 2gb , i was delighted and said town i was in merchant mode , but he insisted to sell him in his buying merchant. Fortunate for me that i am a constant forum visitor that i didnt sell to him.

From there on we chated in the end he said bye or something, i threat tend him that i will report in the forum. after few minutes he is in buying merchant mode for raptor +8..

And one more thing this the third time i am seeing such cam...aalso i wanted to ask u guys about wether the forum is experiencing any problem or not...coz each and every time i try to access it i get ips database error....i have to press 2-3 times to get it right.
