I recently bought a Premium package and sold it to another person. After that I bought 2 More the same, but to sell or transfer them to another person is not obtained. I asked for help in tech support, they sent me an answer: "our Premium packages are non-refundable and non-exchangeable", Although the game says "Can be traided after 48 hours".

I sent them this screen and ask why they claim reverse ingame, but they answered the same: "Please note that our Premium packages are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We are therefore sorry to inform you that we are unable to convert, exchange, refund or suspend your current Premium. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause".
