Strength pupose, Is it only for weilding

Some items need higher stregth to weild i got that but curious if higher strength also helps deliver more damage meaning if u have 2 fighters both weilding exact same weapon and every thing about them is exact same
but one of them has say 5 more strength would that help deliver more damage.

Also whats the highest + is it 8 for upgrade weapons.

Also can u put more than 1 mod on a upgrade weapon.

Also if i delete my human warrior to build a orc warrior can i save my equipent in the safe thing and let my new orc get my equipment out.

Also is ok to have 2 accounts so that way i can keep my human guy .

Seems like there are more bigger orc clans that human on C-west .
